Spring Suites in Gaythorne rejuvenates a 1950s strip shop into a community hub, catering to boutique small businesses with a focus on beauty and wellness. Embracing the existing architecture, we drew on Palm Springs for inspiration, creating a contemporary and inviting exterior, with minimal intervention to the building. We were was also engaged to develop the branding concept, creating a cohesive design outcome for the building and tenancies.
