Commercial Interior Design
This is a major development of an industrial site at Brendale, north of Brisbane. CG Design Studio was engaged to create the overall vision and master plan for the site; repurposing and refurbishing warehouses and adding additional tenancies to create a new food and entertaining precinct. Based in a predominantly industrial area, the aesthetic reflects this, but also pays homage to the rural past in the form of grain and farm sheds once located on the site. The project will house a brewery, café and commercial food manufacturing tenants.
